OUR CUSTOM VACATION PLANNING PROCESS

• We start the planning with an initial consultation to get an in-depth understanding of your travel interests, preferences, travel style and budget.

• If you decide to work with us, you will complete a booking form and pay an itinerary planning fee (based on the number of travelers, travel days and intricacy of your itinerary), then be matched with your personal luxury travel specialist who will design your custom Mediterranean experience.

• We begin curating your custom Mediterranean vacation itinerary.

• You will receive a proposed itinerary that includes: accommodations, tours, activities, transportation arrangements, and a total cost for your custom trip.

• Upon your approval of the itinerary, a 25% deposit is due.

• You will have unlimited availability to speak with your luxury travel specialist throughout the planning process and during your travels.

• The balance of the trip cost is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

• You will receive destination kits with all the details of your vacation. In addition, we also provide restaurant recommendations and suggestions for unscheduled excursions such as walking tours, outdoor markets, etc.

• Your personal travel specialist will contact you before your departure to discuss any last-minute questions.
